BOARD OF GOVERNORS (BOG’s) AND EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE (EC)

Cadet Colleges are governed by BOG’s and EC. The BOG is chaired by the honorable governor of Balochistan. The member of the BOG comprises of Minister of Education, Chief Secretary Government of Balochistan, Secretary Colleges, Higher & Technical Education Deptt, Secretary Law Deptt, Secretary S & GAD, Secretary Finance Deptt and representative of Addl. Chief Secretary. The executive Committee (EC) is chaired by the Secretary, Colleges, Higher and Technical Education Department. The members of the EC are Secretary Law Deptt, Secretary S & GAD, Secretary Finance Deptt, Addl. Secretary Colleges Higher & Technical Education Deptt (D) and Principals of all Cadet Colleges.

Both meetings of Board of Governors (BOG’s) and Executive Committee (EC) are conducted twice a year to iron out challenges in financial, technical and administrative domains and to take necessary steps for smooth functioning of the college. The Principal is the head of the Cadet College Pishin who has been entrusted and sanctioned administrative and financial powers to ensure functioning of day to day routine activities pertaining to academic and admin issues.The purpose of these three tiers of management is to support and ensure the Quality Education to the selected students of the Province at SSC and HSSC levels with a view to achieve academic excellence, improve social behavior, focus personality development, promote religious rituals, ethical values and leadership traits.
